She-Ra, also known as Princess Adora, is a fictional character from the 1980s animated series She-Ra: Princess of Power. She is the twin sister of Prince Adam, who is secretly He-Man.
Kidnapped as an infant by Hordak, the leader of the Evil Horde, Adora was raised on the planet Etheria and served as a Force Captain. She was brainwashed and believed the Horde was fighting for good.
Upon discovering her true origins through the Sword of Protection, Adora breaks free from the Horde's influence. The sword grants her the ability to transform into She-Ra, the Princess of Power. As She-Ra, she possesses superhuman strength, speed, and durability, and she uses her powers to liberate Etheria from the Horde's tyranny.
She leads the Great Rebellion against Hordak, fighting alongside allies like Bow, Glimmer, and Swift Wind, her winged unicorn. Her mission is to bring peace and freedom to the people of Etheria. She-Ra represents hope and justice.
